Homeland Secretary Jeh Johnson Should Resign Immediately

Kathryn Steinle was murdered by an illegal immigrant that the sanctuary city of San Francisco had released from their custody.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson recently testified before Congress regarding the Obama Administration’s silence over Steinle’s murder.
When asked if anyone in the Obama Administration had reached out to the grieving family, like other recent murders that have gained national attention, Secretary Johnson inexplicably stated “I don’t know the answer.”
Just as troubling, Secretary Johnson stated that the federal government should not try to force sanctuary cities to enforce immigration laws.
These comments were made just after the media reported 276 sanctuary cities in the United States have released thousands of illegal immigrants back onto our streets, many of whom have committed crimes.
The Department of Homeland Security must help keep our nation secure by enforcing our laws.
Sign the petition if you agree that Secretary Jeh Johnson should resign immediately.

You are all being intellectually dishonest with yourselves. The only reason any of you think he should have resigned is because he is a Democrat. Nothing else. Just naked partisanship.
